SELF-DEFENSE SEMINARS
For Women or Youth - scheduled through PV or MH

What happens at the seminars?

Women:  Instructors show how to use leverage, momentum and vital striking points against an attacker.  Participants practice effective, easy-to-learn blocks and strikes, as well as various other tactics including hold breaks and counter attacks  --  hands-on!  Learn how to fight back, escape and survive in seemingly indefensible situations.
Kids:  Not to frighten but to emphasize avoidance, awareness, boundaries and whom to trust.  Different types of strangers are defined and how to handle them.  Hands-on instruction about what to do in dangerous situations, including practicing effective defense maneuvers appropriate for their age, size and strength -- in a safe and fun environment.
